This week, the ACLU was in court over the order that all US military schools remove "DEI" books from shelves. Here's how they got here, what's happening in these schools, and why military-housed books have been an easy target this year.

There is a LOT of reporting on IMLS right now, but it's being done by people who know what it is. The DOE being dismantled is overshadowing this and that's being done INTENTIONALLY.

But anyway, DOGE is in the IMLS offices right now destroying it.

Say goodbye to interlibrary loans + more.

I am so proud of the middle school kids who walked out in protest of Hegseth's visit. They recognize that their rights are being infringed.
📌I was the managing editor at Stars and Stripes and can tell you that Pete Hegseth is the first SecDef I am aware of to be openly booed by military families on a military base.

📌This is the most significant pushback I have seen to this administration's racist, hostile initiatives.
Hegseth’s rough start: Pentagon chief faces protest at U.S. base abroad
The question isn’t why the defense secretary faced pushback at U.S. European Command headquarters; the question is whether he’ll see more protests soon.
