Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

I often grumble about Preston Bus Station.

Mainly because it is in the wrong place, but also because at 6:30 AM in the morning it is colder than the North Pole.

But there is a beauty to its architecture, and this photograph by @eurostarjustin.bsky.social captures it perfectly.
Blue sky and brutalism.

A series renewal for All Creatures Great and Small, promising a bonus surprise for fans.

I hope it is a parallel universe storyline guest starring Peter Davison as both Tristram Farnham AND the renegade Time Lord responsible for causing the space-time rift?
Christmas has come early for fans of the beloved period drama.

Excellent and courageous investigative journalism.
The fact that it is (apparently) legal to do this to people is utterly disgusting.
“It broke my heart, that was my savings towards a new car,” one woman who paid Milne tens of thousands of pounds told us. “He has just wiped me out.”

Who is Andrew Milne - the solicitor sending "very aggressive" letters to Sheffield homeowners?

A London lawyer bought hundreds of Sheffield freeholds. Then the ‘very aggressive’ letters arrived
Exclusive: The Tribune can reveal that Andrew Milne has threatened leaseholders with high court action. It ‘broke my heart’ one woman says

Videos seen thousands of times on Facebook claim the government is banning people from using their central heating after 9pm from 1 November.

But this is completely false. There is no such policy.

The thing I like particularly about the fact that Isaac Newton invented the catflap is it gives the image of him trying to lay the foundations of classical mechanics but getting distracted by having to let a cat out then in again 40 seconds later and thinking, “Shit, I really need to sort this.”

The gorgeous big sumo lads cutting about London -touristing themselves daft- is absolutely the most wholesome thing to happen in the city since Samuel Pepys buried all his cheese in his garden to save it from the Great Fire in 1666.
