After years of complaining about cancel culture, the current administration has taken it to a new and dangerous level by routinely threatening regulatory action against media companies unless they muzzle or fire reporters and commentators it doesn’t like.
Let’s be clear about what happened to Jimmy Kimmel
Trump’s most brazen attack on free speech yet.

The antivax destruction coming from RFK Jr is unspeakably bad.

Many many people will die. Babies will be harmed for life.

Unspeakably. Bad.
Impeach RFK before it’s too late, Congress.
This isn't even a slight exaggeration. He is actively working on destroying the US's entire vaccine infrastructure. The HepB vote will be tomorrow, where they will get rid of the birth dose and recommend it at 30 days, dooming a bunch of infants to chronic infection ft. cirrhosis, cancer, and death.
RFK Jr. is objectively pro-disease, pro-illness and pro-child death.

I’m just a pediatrician trapped in a Red State MAGA conspiracy theory circle of hell these days. (Vaccines, fluoride, gun safety….)

Two Democratic legislators were shot, along with their spouses.

Even their dog was shot.

One had to dive on top of their child to protect them.

Trump didn’t attend the funeral. There was no widespread condemnation of political violence.

The culture must change and gun control is long overdue
For everyone saying political violence has no place in this country…

Remember two Democratic legislators were shot in Minnesota just this year.

And America shrugged and moved on.

Remember the West Wing episode after Bartlett was shot and CJ listed *all the other people* shot that day and closed with “lest anybody think a gun would have prevented these crimes, let’s remember that the President was shot while surrounded by the best armed bodyguards known to man.”

Wow. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. just single-handedly ruled that Congress doesn’t really control the purse strings. This is becoming a massive crisis for checks and balances and the separation of powers.

As a pediatrician, I want your children to grow up healthy, safe, and well-equipped to be successful, happy adults. More than that, I want your children to grow up.

Glacier National Park is one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

The peaks and valleys rise above and below you with sheer verticality.

Its woods are filled with the wildest of animals.

Our public lands must always stay protected.

Senate Republicans just passed a budget creating the largest secret police force in the world & cutting $1.1 trillion from Medicaid, meaning not only will millions lose healthcare, a very large number of healthcare facilities will shut down for good, & Dem leadership is out complaining about Zohran.

This is a lie. We all saw the video. The Senator clearly identified himself, and he did not "lunge" toward anyone.

If these miserable propagandists will lie to you about roughing up a U.S. Senator in a room full of reporters, what won't they lie to you about?

Senator Bill Cassidy (R) is a disgrace to medicine and a menace to the United States of America.

He should condemn the firing of the entire Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices. Instead, he says this.

He does not care about public health, or your health. He only cares about his power.

NPR is suing Trump.

Why? Because he slashed their funding just for doing their job—which is political retaliation.

He’s trying to silence public media because they don’t bow down to his ego.

News flash: the First Amendment doesn’t disappear just because you don’t like the coverage, Donnie.

RFK Jr. says unhealthy food is a big challenge on reservations (true)—but calls it “genocidal”? Given actual genocides, that’s...a choice.🥴

Food deserts are real. So why propose cuts to SNAP and WIC?

Let’s clear something up: SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — the LARGEST federal program to fight hunger in the country!

It blows my mind that the party that touts its “Christian values” is the same party that is SET on taking food from the hungry.
