This type of man is RUINING organizing spaces in particular and because they say all the right buzzwords they usually don't get kicked out right away, not until they've worked their abuse for years sometimes
Just had a long convo about a man in our organizing space potentially being problematic. We gotta look for these signs and stop this shit before it grows
This Jonah Hill shit really bothers me because I am so tired of people who use soft therapy language to abuse and manipulate. There's an entire type of young white guy who is out there persistently getting away with shit because they smile all the time and talk about how they "feel so deeply"
