It's illegal for this man to touch her phone, threaten her, or in any way attempt to prevent her from recording in a public place. He should be charged. ICE agents will continue to break laws that are not enforced. An unenforced law isn't really a law.

You do realize that the rut is when deer/elk breed? It's not in the springtime. It coincides with hunting season. Hunters sit in trees with doe urine poured all over them and slap antlers together to draw in bucks who DESIRE to breed (haven't done it yet) and then kill them.
