December 6, I’m scheduling that as my last cry day for the year. I’m going to run a bath, play some music, and push out any lingering emotions to start the year fresh. If you don’t cry often, try setting a day aside. It was the compromise I made with my therapist and works for me

If you’re new to the mammogram sisterhood (welcome!), don’t freak out if you need an ultrasound and/or follow-up in 6 months to establish your baseline. I was freaked out for a whole 24 months, but I hope this eases some anxiety 😘

I’ve had the same internet provider for 3 years, last month my bill was $20 more. I call and they tell me I can pay even more for slower service or just stick with this higher price because my introductory offer expired
