In 2026, my dog Berton and I are going to embark on a coast-to-coast-coast journey around Canada.
I'll be documenting the journey in videos and in a planned book.
It will focus a lot on Canada's history.

It’s such a mindfuck to see articles & TV shows trying to sensitively reflect on the ongoing COVID pandemic—but doing so only in the past tense, or as if it were a horrible event that ended in 2022 & is all behind us now & we just need to deal with the psychological after effects. It ain’t over.

So Safeway tried this "Superior Service with a Smile policy" like what Target is trying back in the 90s women employees were harassed so much some hid in the back trying to get away from male customers. Sometimes the dudes followed the employees to their car after their shifts.

Sounds super safe.

My husband and I were at a busy mall yesterday wearing our N95s, and we saw only one other person wearing a N95). I was going to hug him but restrained myself (I embarrass my husband enough).

Please consider masking with N95s along with getting vaccinated.

I promise I won’t hug you either.

Yesterday, history happened at the UN: For the first time hundreds of orgs signed a global pledge declaring that healthy indoor air is a human right.

Healthy indoor air is a key tool for preventing pandemics, building climate resilience, and increasing health equity. We need it everywhere!

Networks—especially ABC, Disney, Hulu, and CBS—need to hear this: you’re standing on the wrong side of history, bending the knee to authoritarianism before the fight even begins, even though the law’s on your side.

You’re losing viewers. We’re not going to stand w/you when you’re not standing w/us!
