of course. he's all privilege, no responsibility or accountability
More than any president before him, Trump has embraced an expanded meaning of the “commander in chief” that extends far beyond its narrow military meaning to cover all kinds of authoritarian nonsense, but as soon as there’s an actual military scandal, he’s running away from it as fast as he can.
POLITICO: Do you believe the second strike was necessary?

TRUMP: Uhhhh. Well it looked like they were trying to turn back over the boat. But I don't get involved in that. That's up to them.

And Dems have a legislative seat to defend in Florida.

One of the most disturbing things about the U.S. government getting themselves into the anti-vaccine game is that it is a time-release poison pill.

It will take a few years before the worst of the harm is visible to enough people that they will truly understand what has been done to them.

🚨 They buried the most important detail in SEC docs.

Paramount said the bid's debt is backed by sovereign wealth funds tied to Saudi, Qatari, and UAE governments, as well as to Jared Kushner's affinity partners.

Trump: "I'm delighted to announce this afternoon that the US will be taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions of dollars we receive in tariffs ... and we're going to be giving and providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. We love our farmers. The farmers like me ... $12 billion"

I'll never understand why Republican voters were willing to accept political gerrymandering before Rucho. Gerrymandering makes Representatives self serving and often corrupt.

I would think they'd want their representatives to be accountable to their constituents and have to earn their vote.

try living in a country that DOESN'T have a functioning/existing postal system. Not everything can be sent online; do you want to pay big $$ to private couriers? Also, USPS provides vital services to rural areas! (You know, the rural areas that MAGA republicans consider the "heart of the USA")
I am happy to pay $30 a year for USPS Prime, which delivers mail daily to my home
The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

Worth noting that Trump has pardoned zero of the heartwarming redemption stories. Zero. Every pardon is a guy who got caught doing obvious evil shit and is unrepentant. Many of whom did their shit either in Trump’s benefit of paid him. And the motive is ego or grift or both. Every time.
