Can anybody recommend an iOS app for listening to my own downloaded music? I'm trying to find something that doesn't have cloud/streaming songs mixed in and there's no way to turn that part off of Apple Music

My wife and I get our groceries from Walmart and Costco and for a family of 4 we spend over 200 bucks a week. These people are ghouls who have no idea what life is really like
4200 dollars a year is less than 90 dollars a week.
