The elite across multiple industries collapsed immediately. Literally zero fight in them. It was shocking that people with "fuck you" money and power never said it. Seems like the same character traits that get you power and wealth makes you the kind of person who values it above everything else.
ordinary americans are filming ice agents and trying to save their neighbors. for all the hemming and hawing during 2024 about how democracy was an elite concern, the elites gave up far more quickly than average people.

This ICE removal operated by Omni Air International is now making its second stop, in Sri Lanka. So far, migrants onboard have spent 34 hours in handcuffs, leg irons and a waist chain. There may be more stops.
