Things I am? Illinois licensed attorney, RYT 200, comedian, artist, disc golf coach, NASM certified personal trainer.

Things I do: make the world a better place, putt good, make (some) people laugh. Dye discs. Game. Not necessarily in that order.

I am a #discgolf coach. If you want to dial in your putt, improve your practice routine, or need some accountability, I can help.

If you want to throw 500 feet, well, when I figure that out I’ll let you know.

Heavily sarcastic presentation by Frohling.

This is an attentive jury, but some of them are waning. One woman is propping up her chin on her hand. Others are leaning back.

I have friends in the armed forces. Most of them are out of harms way presently. I’d like to see it stay that way.

Faking a war is not the way.

Elect a pedo…
BREAKING: The House of Representatives just passed a bill that would subject immigrant children to invasive bodily searches and keep them in detention instead of releasing them to their families.

The Senate must vote no on this horrific bill.

I discovered ARC Raiders today, and it is pretty good.

It reminds me of Halo 2, Star Wars battle front, fall out 4, and counter strike all at the same time.

I have only tried solo so far, I bet party play will be fun. Do you play this game?

“Let’s go to the war crimes text book and do one” is more or less the guiding principle of the secretary.

Just like most of the major scandals since 2017, they’re just admitting it.

In any sane timeline, this would be a career ending situation for the entire chain of command.

And here I am yapping into the void like it matters.
The White House has now confirmed the second boat strike on Sept. 2.

Senator Kelly is correct.

Plus a Public Service Announcement:

KEY section of Department of Defense's Law of War Manual is 18.3.2.1.

The VERY rule on the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders gives as its paradigmatic example of what is "clearly illegal:
"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

Non-lawyers: this is like getting an oil change and leaving without any oil. Or an oil pan. Just basic negligence of the bare minimum workmanship required.
4. But that second indictment was never presented to or voted on by the grand jury

Instead, the foreperson and Halligan signed it, and it was handed up in open court.

The result is that the operative indictment in the Comey case is one that the grand jury did not actually vote on.

I call my senator @durbin.senate.gov every day, multiple times a day. If I am lucky it rings a few times before going to the recorded message saying “high call volume…call back later”

Called my senator @durbin.senate.gov to exhort him not to fall for more bad faith negotiations. Alas, an auto recording told me to call back later.

A lawyer asked Bovino several times if he tackled "an older gentleman" in that video. Bovino repeatedly denied it.

Bovino said he was "imploring" that person "to comply with leaving the area and to comply with instruction." And, he acknowledges, "there was physical contact."

Good thing the video speaks to that use of force. What a wild bit of testimony.
Bovino on the pepperball shooting of Rev. David Black: "I don't know what the use of force was here, and I can't make a judgment either way, because I don't know."
