In his Silent Hill 2 remake review, @skillup.bsky.social had talked about why the original 2001 story still feels fresh today, and asked why more games aren't comfortable telling stories that discuss difficult, adult topics.

"Al Gore would have invaded Iraq" is a belief that people religiously hold to because the alternative is admitting their is an actual difference between the two political parties and the results of elections actually matter
