Super important thread about mega sized cars and pedestrian safety. If you’re concerned, we’re in the 60-day comment period where you can ask the government to regulate car safety for those OUTSIDE cars as well as inside. See the end of this thread!
First, context.
America is mired in a pedestrian safety crisis. Deaths among those walking (and cycling, too) recently hit 40-year highs. No other rich country is experiencing anything like the chart below.

I want to thank the unknown lawyers who settled the trial for which I was in the jury pool tomorrow. Now I can keep working on revisions for The Witch Roads book 2 (title not yet announced) & get it turned in early next week, at which point (I know you are interested) I'll go back to drafting Sun 3
