BBC knows sex matters is not a womens rights group and why they reached out a quote for something that effects trans people only.

Sex Matters is an anti-trans group, wanting to eradicate trans people.

I am amazed they just keep losing its as if the law is not what they would like it to be.

And is how everyone has been interrupting it for 15 years with no issues.
The 'lovers caress' creep loses again. Wispas all round

GC people aka Anti-trans people lie all the time, they have to as they have no evidence to back their position.

They should be treated like flat earthers.
"In an email to Novara Media, Cunningham said: 'It is not my habit to comment to the media on cases in which I am instructed as counsel.'"

Is she having a laugh? She did an BBC entire podcast.

No one should adhere to this nonsense.

UK may not feel safe but most people just have more worrying things than to try and spy on people they think are trans in the toilets.
It's not illegal to use the right toilets and no one should adhere to Mary-Ann Stephenson's headmistressly call to "follow rules" that serve no good purpose, breach the UK's human rights obligations, will be bad for all women, and debase trans dignity. Make her appoint her sodding toilet police.

She should never have had to gone through such a demeaning and disgusting process.

My respect for standing up for herself. But this is a goal of the gender criticals make its so horrific trans people won't stand up for themselves.

I also want to express my love for Dr Beth Upton. That woman truly has more courage than any of us.

Please complain about bias and the transphobic slurs, they would never use racist or homophobic language.
This entire article is just the views of Naomi Cunningham and her organisation Sex Matters dressed up as though it were some sort of actual news piece. Without even a semblance of attempted balance. From the BBC.

Kathleen Stock has written an article against "abortion permissiveness". She claims abortion requires "justification" saying the state should limit "unacceptable decision-making" by women about their own bodies.

This is who anti-trans activists proclaim as the feminist thought leaders of our time.

Excluded from a motorbike group....this is the impact of the illegal update the EHRC put out.

But this is the world the UK government and the anti-trans people want where trans people cannot been see in public without bing outed and othered.
The EHRC's position "leaves businesses and their staff caught in the crossfire of the increasingly bitter gender wars, while doing absolutely nothing to advance women’s rights or protect vulnerable women from abuse": Rachel Taylor MP. www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

We rightly should be tackling incel culture in boys and young men, the government should really look into this for women. But then they are too busy part of that culture.
So now the transphobes on Mumsnet are policing what women’s genitalia should look like.
We have one questioning what an M&S model’s are, describing them as ‘bulgy’.
They really are totally unhinged.

UK passport holders can live and work in Ireland with no minimum £savings requirement or funding.

Note: Healthcare is still free.

If you can show proof of living in Ireland for 5 years you can then apply for naturalisation and get an Irish (EU) passport.

Apparently already signed this...

It will be used to gate keep access, its not about safety but oppression.
One of the unexpected things I've learned from my advocacy for trans people is how malignant parts of the State can be, how it can misuse data for positively evil purposes. It's taught me people can't be safe with a digital ID card and so I've signed this. petition.parliament.uk/petitions/73...
Petition: Do not introduce Digital ID cards
We demand that the UK Government immediately commits to not introducing a digital ID cards. There are reports that this is being looked at.

Being treated with equally with your peers criminalised

Why are the EHRC hiding the consultation report?

Is there any trust left in them as a commission that protects all peoples human rights?
@equalityhumanright.bsky.social are withholding their consultation report till after the Code is a “done deal”

But we sent copies of the public’s submissions direct to @bphillipsonmp.bsky.social & @niagriffith.bsky.social

How is anyone trans person supposed to go about there daily business when the UK is trying to eradicate us from public life
As EHRC leaks a final draft Code of Practice to the Equality Act to the Times then delivers it to govt and attempts to wash its hands of the impact on trans people, its important to recognise and call out the shell game we're in. EHRC will say 'we're just following the Supreme Court judgement' 1/3

This same general statement I emailed my MP with that they are legitimising violence against trans people.
Statement from Trans Safety Network on the Linehan arrest.

TSN understand Linehan's tweet to be an unambiguous call for vigilante violence against trans women in toilets. And yet senior government figures and police have jumped to find a way to make excuses for it.
