If some residents with no civil rights at all nevertheless count as 3/5ths of a person, then obviously that proves, indubitably, that residents with some civil rights should not count at all!

I would like to amplify this post by 1000x because Reuters f'd up this story to start with -- by falsely reporting that Costco would no longer carry mifepristone, when it never did -- and other news outlets ran with it and far-right legal groups are taking credit for something that didn't happen.
This is not a massive decision or any kind of change. Costco has never carried mifepristone in its pharmacies. An anti-abortion group is taking credit for something that didn't happen, possibly to generate disingenuous left-wing ire against one of the few corporations that hasn't gone MAGA.
