Barely a week ago, we learned of Witkoff and Kushner’s plot to launder an unedited Russian proposal as US policy, primarily so that wealthy American businessmen can benefit from Russia’s natural resources. Now they’re meeting with Putin.
Vladimir Putin today, ahead of his meeting with Trump envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to supposedly talk peace: “We have no intention of fighting Europe — I’ve said this a hundred times. But if Europe decides to start a war, we are ready right now.”

It probably seems like I'm taking these out of context but no.

She has a little vignette about attending a Trump rally in 2020, some shower thoughts about manta rays and then a dissection of January 6.

Why have so many corporations donated to Trump’s White House ballroom project?

Could it be because many of them have lucrative government contracts?

Or because they have mergers and other regulatory business before Trump?

I’m sure they just thought a ballroom sounded nice…

Jan 6 pardon proclamation doesn't cover the pipe bomber only b/c it explicitly only pardons those already convicted, and directed DOJ to dismiss "all pending indictments." Only on the slimmest of technicalities does that not preclude new charges against people not previously convicted or indicted.

This is what government censorship actually looks like: defunding entire fields, deporting researchers, and quite effectively chilling speech that helps people understand how our information systems are being exploited and calls out powerful people and platforms for their bullshit.
For the last decade, the pervasive spread of bullshit & manipulation of online platforms have been widely recognized societal concerns. Now non US citizens studying those subjects can be labeled “censors” & denied visas or deported from the US. Censorship, indeed. www.reuters.com/world/us/tru...

The Trump administration would rather spend billions of dollars to build up a brutal force to violate rights than make sure Americans can see a doctor when their sick or children have enough to eat or that pardon Art people can afford electricity. It is using our tax dollars to violate our rights.
Americans have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents.

They’ve had their necks kneeled on.

They’ve been held outside in the rain while in their underwear.

At least three citizens were pregnant when agents detained them.
