I'm guessing this explains the lying about Trump's posts. Whatever feed this bot is pulling from (First Squawk on X has the same tweet) is spreading disinformation for crypto dipshits.

What folks need to realize about "peace talks" is that this is all theater for Washington. Ukraine knows that Russia has no intention of stopping the war, and the Russians know the Ukrainians know that. So this is just all a performance for Trump, hoping he blames the other for the lack of peace.

Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

The wars he has stopped number not in the millions,
“It’s more!” he still cries, “it’s now in the zillions!”
Trump: "We're stopped seven wars, and really the number is actually 10. We're not including a couple."

The president of the United States, wearing a novelty hat that says he’s always right and sitting next to the World Cup trophy he stole, insists that “African American ladies, beautiful ladies” are demanding he invade Chicago with the military.
Trump: After we do this, we will go to another location and make it safe too. Chicago is a mess. That will probably be our next one after this. They are screaming for us to come. African American ladies, beautiful ladies are saying "Please President Trump, come to Chicago, please."

The right believes their ideology is ascendant. No, a cult of personality is ascendant. Its leader is 79. Huge swaths of society are radicalized against it, but for most the plan is (unfortunately) to wait it out. Once he's gone, they will have no tolerance for any of this. Nor will the Zoomers.
Conversely, I had dinner with a bunch of professors the other day and I don't think the right is prepared for the radicalization of formerly centrist types against them

GEORGE: See, I'm telling you. When have you ever witnessed a "Rondo", let alone used the word?

JERRY: ...of Blood?

GEORGE: OTHER than of Blood! Look, here comes Kramer. Hey Kramer, have you ever heard of a "Rondo"?

KRAMER: Plenty of times.

GEORGE: When?

KRAMER: Of Blood.

Jerry: OF BLOOD!

These kinds of casual heresies are only going to become more frequent. Christianity for Christian nationalists isn’t about theology, orthodoxy, or relationship to the divine. It’s strictly a demarcation line for in- vs out-group, and — like whiteness — is malleable to suit the preservation of power

UCLA needs to tell the Trump administration to piss off. Federal funding for research is done either way, universities need to stop doing tricks hoping for treats that aren’t going to come and force the admin to find another game.

I can’t say it enough: U.S. culture is scam culture. It pervades everything we do. We don’t notice it because it’s the water we swim in. A party would do well to remind everybody how awful this is and propose to fix it.
I think Democrats should offer voters a broadly defined anti-fraud platform. Yes, obviously, start with Trump’s influence peddling, but don’t stop there. Online fraud is massive, almost every phone call you get is a scam, and the solution has to be federal or it just won’t work.
Still, more than 7-in-10 U.S. adults have been a victim of an online scam or attack like credit card fraud, ransomware or online shopping scams. www.pewresearch.org/...

I saw so many responses and reposts yesterday. Lots of y'all said it helped you feel less alone.

I wanted to build on this a little, and gently ask/recommend that you choose kindness whenever possible (with others and yourself) because you never know; your kindness could make the difference.
I'm having a rough go of it lately, and have been thinking: everyone is going through something, and you have no idea what it is, or how it's affecting them.

Quote post this is if you're going through something, and maybe we'll all realize that we aren't as alone as we feel right now.
