I'm guessing the only reason Canada wasn't in that list is because Carney has already made a deal with Trump which the population of Canada knows nothing about

Today the ICJ released its advisory opinion that Israel is an occupying force. The ICJ says Israel 'not entitled to sovereignty over or to exercise sovereignty powers in any part of occupied Palestinian territory. @unrwa.org has also been cleared of allegations. .
