This is a story of six completely, utterly broken individuals, and the ruination of the world that comes from their hurt and sorrow. THE RADIANT KING is out today! (links below)
I can't wait to find out he puts his hair in a ponytail because that's how his dad wore it and the lore reveal at how his now dead girlfriend who died to a totally different Beast always cooked him his twelve eggs.
I do not want Gaston backstory, I do not need Gaston backstory, I reject Gaston backstory

he is a fully formed oaf, consuming eggs by the dozen in one of the greatest villain songs ever written, and that is all we need of him

"If you know how to tell a great story, you will LOVE AI."

Yet every single person who tells great stories is currently giving LLMs a gigantic middle finger and wanting nothing to do with it.

Curious, that.
I have grown to believe that excessive wealth does something to your brain that is analogous to a serious head injury

This is fucking grim. Somebody invented a white guy, an "IT professional" named Edward Crabtree, who stopped the Bondi shooting and spread it all over the internet, which was picked up by AI agents and slop aggregation sites.

The real hero is a fruit stand owner named Ahmed el Ahmed.

Hey, let's write a world with a stationary sun. That won't cause issues involving directions, the concept of day/night, sleep schedules, the passage of time, the meaning of months and years, or any other dozens of things you would normally use to write a book.

Easy stuff, yup, no regrets here.

Nothing like going through edits and realized I changed the color of a dragon from book two and now need to scour every bloody chapter with it to make corrections.

The reason a sex scene is like an action scene is because it is literally an action scene.

We understand that two bodies meeting to punch each other is an action scene. Two bodies meeting intimately is also an action scene.

When I started running a few years ago, it was from nothing. My workout partner, however, she was running seven days a week if she could find the time. I felt bad at first, knowing she was slowing down immensely to handle my out-of-breath old ass desperately trying to keep up with her. However!
One of my big light bulbs of this year was realizing that all of my training plans have been too hard with the end result that I don't stick to them because I get injured.

If I go easy, I actually do it.

Easy thing you do >>>>>>>> hard thing you can't keep up
