EHCP FAILINGS IN DEVON

According to the PAC report released last week, in Devon (as of 2023), on just 4.9% of occasions did Devon County Council issue EHCPs within the Government's 20-week timeframe. Contrastingly, Somerset Council issued 42.1% of EHCPs within the same 20-week window.

Tonight, in a House of Commons vote, Labour and Conservative MPs failed to back our plans to protect customers from footing the bill for water company bailouts.


Liberal Democrats forced a parliamentary vote to ensure it is creditors not customers, who pay when water companies go bankrupt.
