Handed in my notice this morning so I'll be full time freelance from January. Simultaneously exciting and terrifying. Taking the afternoon off to recover my nerves 😂

Not helped by the fact that my brain insists on putting the lyrics to What Child is This? to Greensleeves, so it's an unseasonal earworm to boot.

The Morrell Library is 59 years old today!

Join us on a brief pictorial trip back in time with his much loved* brutalist building, starting with this cracking picture of the mid-60s campus, with the Morrell behind Central Hall.

Look at those crisp architectural lines. Woof.

Next up: plans >> 🧵
Black & white image showing the lake (very still), Central Hall looking alien, Vanbrugh College and behind that a very white and clean Morrell Library

GB News can, to put it politely, get stuffed.

So interesting that GB News is sticking with female archbishop story longer than BBC/Sky, going through her tweets live on air, starting to cancel her for being woke.

They keep talking about the Christian public taking it badly, fits with the growing US-style religious vibe of the British right?
