Just like Google plan with Chrome, Mozilla aren't sitting still on expanding Firefox into something resembling a web browser but with more AI.

New favorite shark just dropped!
The Tasselled Wobbegong is a master of disguise that can eat a fish almost as big as itself in one gulp. It's classified as a shark, but when it lays on the sea floor it looks like a harmless rug if you manage to see it. But with powerful jaws and sharp teeth they are no fish to mess with.

I hope someone draws this wonderful story about Tom Stoppard's Arcadia and the power of the arts to help us see things differently, to the attention of our Education Secretary. Do read it, it will lift your spirits.

Another way Alexandria is better. Compost free at farmers markets and door door service for a few bucks a month and no app that requires location data and Bluetooth data! What a privacy nightmare.
If the kids go for a cousin walk tomorrow, make sure they take the food scraps to the green curbside cart or an on-street drop-off bin. Repeat even into Friday. www.arlingtonva.us/Government/P...

ugh. parking is already severely underpriced. Make parking $10 an hour on these days to cover the holiday pay for meter maids.

We kinda do this every year for taxes. Right around March first we invite our friends to try to do their own taxes without TurboTax or hr block. We offer inexpert help, a printer and free tax usa and beer. Making it feel like a game night.
This hits so hard. I’m so tired of creating accounts for everything. Existing takes a lot more effort than it should these days.
This is...sort of brilliant.

Omg. Ok folks. You need to do this—big feeds, please amplify ( @kevinmkruse.bsky.social maybe you can too)
Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

First go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner

The Visualize 2050 plan

80%+ of trips in car travel!

We can do better. We can envision a better world.

How about also:
- Dash buses every 5 minutes on major roads.
- Continuing to update zoning requirements to allow 16-foot wide townhouses
- Allow by right low impact commercial and industrial in residential
- Pedestrianize King all the way to the metro. Then, Mt Vernon
- Remove parking minimums
