I work in infectious disease and not many things scare me but botulism does. Grateful to my coworkers, the lab workers, and other epis that detected the current formula outbreak. Infant botulism (affectionately known as baby bot) is so terrible and this is why we need funded public health!!!!

This is what I have been trying to explain about the corpo Dems for years to anyone who would listen. The GOP always get what they want from a rotating cast of corpo Dems. They take turns playing the villain as they play us all. We have two right-wing parties and zero left-wing representation
