A reminder that cars aren’t a technology problem. They’re a geometry problem.
Waymo privatized another public street:

Chanel approaching 4th, San Francisco

Possibly queued for a Billie Eilish show at Chase Center ~half mile away.

The light rail train on 4th seen passing in front of this roboherd has more passenger capacity than all of them combined.

No.

They didn’t try.

THEY *DID*.

All Americans have a 1st Amendment right to say that out loud.

Share a '90s movie that deserves more love...? Okay, got it.

It's a total joy. A classic screwball shipboard comedy with a, frankly, unbelievable cast; the film that a true cinema nerd makes when he comes off a surprise hit, suddenly has the means, and realizes he may never get another chance.

Wiping off the books critical laws on use of force, transparency, and preventing violent cops from getting rehired.

They think that they should have more say over DC police than the people of DC.

I'd like to read your takes on music/animation/film/comics/culture/art/politics, but that's a hard line for me. Wish it was for you.

-No casus belli
-No authorization from Congress
-No allies or international support
-No plan for a post-Maduro Venezuela

A betrayal of our values.
