a power outage is unusual, but not so unusual it can be waved away as an "edge case"... these vehicles should be pulling over and parking if they can't operate safely, not piling up in intersections and clogging roads

First responders love this kind of thing
Much of SF lost power last night. Waymos blocked intersections across the city, even though they are Wayless than 1% of cars on the roads. They accumulated at their failure points--intersections with no green lights, in busy areas, and shut down traffic there.

Context: I have a back issue, which seems to be an interdisciplinary problem: bone, nerve and muscle.
This means I have many different medical professionals I have to deal with.
