My supervisor sees himself as a friendly, easygoing guy because he doesn’t yell or raise his voice, but he loves to caste blame on everyone. If something goes wrong he blames the last person he talked to, creating a hostile work envmt. And it’s affirming to see I’m not the only one who sees this.
