until Democrats acknowledge that part of the reason Trump exist is because of leaders like Schumer (D-Israel, Wall Street) the losses are gonna keep piling up. Unfortunately, those losses are American institutions and not just elections.

Hello @amywestervelt.bsky.social , what do you think of the argument that political reporters do more harm than good? e.g. Climate reporter = good, but climate politics reporter = bad.

Don’t know how much the credit this in terms of real positive impact given how hard people are trying to find a reason to believe. But I want to believe.

We can’t lose sight of how reckless and dangerous this is. It would be reckless and dangerous even if we could trust this administration’s motives and competence when it comes to assessing how dangerous its targets are. We also know now to assume the worst of both.
