It’s wrong that the Finch & Eglinton LRTs don’t have signal priority. Billions of dollars were spent, only for “rapid transit” to go slower than the buses it replaced. Last Spring at Council, I moved for signal priority on these lines. The 2026 budget must fund this priority.

They misidentified the intern. The judge told them they had misidentified the intern. But instead of double checking, they took that as an affront to their authority. So they surrounded the judge's car and threatened to smash the windows to get to the intern.

Bad misread to describe the anger at Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats as exclusively “progressive.” I can attest to multiple moderate/centrist types who are livid—because they value rights, law, and democracy, unlike the Appeasement Eight in the Senate—and I’m reasonably confident it’s widespread.

Happy to see it come to a vote now rather than wait a year. I will say instead of ward by ward I'd prefer the motion to attach to the R and RM zones. Would bring us a step closer conceptually to Japanese zoning which I prefer.
