Every time billionaires say they’re gonna leave if you raise their taxes, outlets like the Times credulously regurgitate the propaganda. Meanwhile they don’t move cause these guys WANT to live in California and Manhattan and not Podunk and Bumfuck where the taxes are nonexistent.

The females of some populations of Mole salamanders exist only as females, and mate with males of multiple other species. They then patchwork those genes into their daughters. This process is called Kleptogenesis.

I still wish I'd taken a picture of the "BEST TACOS IN REYKJAVIK" sign 20 years ago that invited us into a basement. Could have been the start to a slasher movie and we absolutely fell for it.

Yes...AND Humans are often lazy. The button right there makes it easy and free for people to steal art and remix it with AI slop. it lowers the barrier to doing so.
