These results indicate that quinoa possibly control hyperglycemia and could inhibit the absorption of glucose in the small intestine. The US has a ready-made setup to test different nutrition approaches - the states. It will be interesting to see if the changes in Indiana, Iowa and Nebraska have any effect.
The current situation is so bad that individual states should be encouraged to do trials like this.

Let’s also address the practice of dipping the host into the consecrated wine in a shared chalice. Many churches that offer a GF host, still have one “line” to use the same consecrated wine. The easiest thing to do is offer the little individually packaged communion sets.
