Went to a #Verizon store today to update my phone, and the guy who helped me, Ty (in Sandy Springs in Atlanta), could not have been more patient or helpful. Because my old phone was being uncooperative, it took almost 4 hours to update my new phone, but Ty managed to do it with a smile. Thank you.
