Seven.
SNAP is food.

Oh, but if there are 2 parents in the house, you're exempt from this change.

Soooo... literally starving widdows and orphans... great.

🧵Let's do some digging into this because it is not exaggerating to call this a war against the disabled. Info will be coming directly from public facing websites of orgs referenced in the Mother Jones article. Why? Because the propaganda being spewed would have you think there's no transparency.

The felon's war on DEI also includes the disabled.
State organizations that advocate for disabled residents in New Jersey and Arkansas announced that they will have to limit their work after not receiving the full funds they are owed by the US federal government.

This is, BTW, the case for 100% of "reinstated" fed employees I've personally spoken with. None are actually back at work and serving the public as they were previously and there is a widespread assumption that "re-firings" will occur as soon as a legal mechanism is found.
Anyone celebrating federal employees getting reinstated, you need to dig deeper: the people I know who have been reinstated in a number of agencies were immediately put on administrative leave, which means the Administration is organizing a work-around to continue reducing the federal workforce.

Politics follows shifts in culture. It's time to do a shit ton of cultural and political work.
