They’ve installed those horrible led street lights in my neighborhood.
Everything is lit up like a tennis court at night.
My bedroom is so bright even with the blinds and curtains closed.

Just awful!
I have 60w amber Edison bulbs in my house- so the led white lights feel like a psychic attack!

I'm old.

If you're not, listen to this.

Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.

The older I get the less I can tolerate news. I tossed & turned all night.
It’s so stressful!

The news cycle sucked me in last week.
I’m currently deleting all the news apps & modifying my Bsky feed! 🤣🤯
Honey, I’ve got bad nerves! Haha!

My house is haunted, but it’s mostly just confusing, like..it’s never really scared me - just made me second-guess my ADHD meds. According to our neighbors, our place was once owned by an elderly Italian couple who spoke little English.
do you believe in ghosts or are you like me, a person who finds themself saying all the time “I absolutely don’t believe in ghosts, but this place has ghosts.”

I feel the urge to buy a blue 1974 Datsun B210, put anti-war bumper stickers on it, and drive around playing Buffalo Springfield's "For what it's worth". ☮️✌🏻 Totally influenced by old photographs of my Mom in the 70's.

I only caught the last 30 minutes of it. But, it’s really good.
