*Jack Smith appointed over a year later as special counsel in November ... statute runs on his obvious shenanigans late 2027
* Democrats in Congress and those in the states colluding with Biden WH hide their behavior, some of which STILLL HASN'T come to light! Statute runs on this five years after their concealed behavior is known to the government.
This means the statute could run in the next administration.

We need interest rates to go down further.
Fabricated metal product manufacturing
Customers are deferring or canceling projects.
Food manufacturing
We are caught in the inertia of government policy with regard to agriculture and U.S. Department of Agriculture food purchasing as well as the overall political climate.
This past quarter we have experienced 20 percent growth over last year and are just trying to adjust.
Machinery manufacturing
Hope has arrived. We have big expectations for 2026, and with interest rates down and markets steady, we’re actually [experiencing] increasing gross revenue and improving margins for the first time in a very long time. May it continue for a while.
The holidays have slowed down business; however, we are anticipating that the new year will start off strong.
Business activity has increased sharply, and we are adding more production capacity. We are buying a new machine that will automate our production without any new employees. This machine will be able to run automatically for 15 or more hours a day without any personnel once it’s loaded. This will allow us to refill our inventory that has all but disappeared over the past 12 months as well as increase our sales to new customers. We may add more capex projects as our business continues to expand with improved sales.
Miscellaneous manufacturing
Tariffs [remain a concern]. I feel like a broken record.
Paper manufacturing
Trying to go into the new year with a positive outlook. January will tell.
Primary metal manufacturing
[Some] customers continue to lose large amounts of market share to imports from Mexico, Central and South America and Asia due to tariff inversion and USMCA [U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement] exemptions caused by the design of the aluminum 232 [Section 232 Tariffs on Steel and Aluminum] action. The current approach is causing domestic fabricators to pay substantially more without providing us any commensurate relief.

Yes, Biden and Garland should have done this, aggressively & fast. I just don’t know what anyone has seen since 2021 to make them believe this was going to work. SCOTUS ruled that Trump is a king. The only definitive solution was impeachment & a lifetime ban from office.

In correspondence, the Pentagon press secretary has repeatedly insisted Hegseth's religious moves are in keeping with a long American tradition established by George Washington, who she says "prayed for our cause at Valley Forge," a story Hegseth also referred to in his speech at the inaugural Pentagon worship service.
But characterizing the United States as formed by a particular Christian heritage, critics say, is itself a hallmark of many proponents of Christian nationalism - especially since historians doubt the specific story of Washington praying at Valley Forge often forwarded by those who advocate for a Christian U.S.

Thomas A. Tweed, a professor of American studies and history at the University of Notre Dame and past president of the American Academy of Religion, said in an email that the prayer story was a
"fabrication" by Mason Locke Weems, an early biographer of George Washington.
Similarly, Lindsay M. Chervinsky, executive director of the George Washington Presidential Library at Mount Vernon, said in an email that the account was further popularized by a painting of Washington praying in the woods. "There is no evidence that the specific event depicted in that painting ever occurred," said Chervinsky, who noted that Weems "regularly fabricated facts to spin a good story."

I don’t think there’s anything I missed that I wish I’d gotten. I’ll give you a little anecdote: Stephen Miller was perhaps the most concerned about the portrait session. He asked me, “Should I smile or not smile?” and I said, “How would you want to be portrayed?” We agreed that we would do a bit of both. And then when we were finished, he comes up to me to shake my hand and say goodbye. And he says to me, “You know, you have a lot of power in the discretion you use to be kind to people.” And I looked at him and I said, “You know, you do, too.”

25 years ago today, SCOTUS elected George W Bush president of the United States by blocking completion of a voting canvass in Florida. A subsequent canvass by the Associated Press showed that Bush's rival, Al Gore, had won the race in Florida—and thus the contest for the presidency—by 700 votes.
