i finished watching the pitt and i have a plan for improving efficiency in emergency rooms. gather all medicine you have on hand and dump it into a large vat. that's the "wellness vat." wheel it around and ladle it out to people. if someone is critical, pick them up and put them in the wellness vat

Believing that America can or must be good does not require one to believe that America is or was good or that Americans are more important than anyone else in the world. I don't know who it serves to insist otherwise.
The problem I'm seeing with leftists is they want others to hate America as much as they do but I'm sorry that's not going to happen and also that's no way to improve politics. We need people to love this country and want to make it better. This era has actually made me more patriotic.
