Partial confirmation of what my source told me. The victims only traveled a short distance- sounds like they just left the immediate area. Meanwhile the CBP officers left the scene and at least didn't pursue them very hard.
Did they panic and run? Get lost?

I synced up the video from the Johnathan Ross and a bystander to help show what was happening when he fumbled his camera. He was already out of the way at that point and already had his gun drawn. It wasn't him being hit, it was him shooting Renee Good.

this is close to identical to the brand of torture pioneered by Portuguese dictator Antonio Salazar's regime, which from the '50s on had a partnership with the CIA whereby they trained Salazar's secret police and Portugal's political prisons were used as a laboratory for torture.
