Under the law, ICE is required to provide necessary medical care for the people it detains, often using third-party providers to do so.

ICE, however, has not paid any third-party providers for medical care for detainees since October 3, 2025.
ICE has stopped paying for detainee medical treatment
Despite ample funding, the agency halted payments in October. They may not resume for several months.

Until Trump began conspiracies about mail voting, Republicans were fully on board with GRACE PERIODS for ballots to arrive as long as postmarked by Election Day. They passed it overwhelmingly in KS, OH, & elsewhere.

But now Trump hates it.

So 4 red states—KS, OH, ND, UT—all banned it this year.

That’s where the culture wars come in handy. Distract people with fear so that they tolerate the money grab from tax policies that favor the wealthy and deregulation of consumer protections.
America has 925 billionaires as of this year. Collectively they have a record $6.9 trillion in wealth.

The bottom 50% of Americans control $4.2 trillion in wealth.

When 925 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.
