I have been majorly bummed by a big allergic reaction to mango last year, but I now discover that it's likely a reaction to just the peel! I'm hopeful that I can safely eat mango flesh again. Soon, I shall science this. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...

OK, this is wild.

In September 2023, geophysicists across the world started monitoring a very odd signal coming from the ground under them.

It was picked up in the Arctic. And Antarctica. It was detected everywhere, every 90 seconds, as regular as a metronome, for *nine days*.

What the HELL?

It's doing pretty significant numbers for what it is, so while I understand sharing it won't make a difference for those knee-deep in the cult of personality, I'd say it has a better-than-average chance of resonating.

Boosting this excellent article for those folks feeling lost and paralyzed by the US executive branch coup. Things are being done. All resistance is still valuable.

(That being said, I am still pissed Congress isn't willing to get handcuffed for us.)

This should be 25th amendment level conduct. The president ordered water to be released from a random dam in California nowhere near the wildfires and then claimed it would help. That’s literally Mad King behavior.

Some people are saying this is far fetched. But it’s really not. It’s happened before and will happen again unless able bodied people actually stand and fight for disabled people. It’s no secret that people in power think disabled people “should just die.”
