“You’re a stupid person” — Trump lashes out at a reporter who presses him on the fact that the suspected DC shooter was actually thoroughly vetted before he was let in the US from Afghanistan

The CDC has turned off its vaccine search tool.

The vaccines.gov site now gives an error when you enter a valid zip code.

They also removed text saying “Vaccines can help you stay healthy” and added a banner saying the site is being updated.

There is no line where major media outlets will start talking about his racism as a matter of fact, not opinion.
TRUMP: If you look at Somalia, they are taking over Minnesota.

REPORTER: What do the Somalians have to do with this Afghan guy who shot the National Guard members?

TRUMP: Ah, nothing. But Somalians have caused a lot of trouble. They're ripping us off.

Considering that humans will literally manufacture genocides, politicides, etc. to whatever goal they desire (and have done so since antiquity) I think "[E]nd phase...odd belives...[A]n orgy of violence. Then it stops..." fits the pattern I would expect for society-wiping mass violence.

In the long term this is what will kill what's left of America's miniscule credibility in MENA: US-backed ceasefires are when the Arab ceases and Israel continues to fire.

And this is not a Trump problem, but a bipartisan problem. This "ceasefire" was achieved by the previous president.
A ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon took effect a year ago today.

Since then, Israel has violated the ceasefire nearly 10,000 times: 7,500 violations of Lebanese airspace and almost 2,500 ground violations, according to the UN.

Having seen this, I’ve got to say, the KPop Demon Hunter fans need to re-discover Final Fantasy X-2, where you play a girl band who changes fighting classes by changing dresses and has no less than two concerts on the way to saving the world from a giant weapon.
Okay, the crowd going nuts like someone just scored a touchdown at the Super Bowl all *through* the KDH performance is a hell of a thing to see hear/see:

Mike Johnson: “I haven’t had a vacation day in two years. I haven’t been off in two years, literally.”

That's the prob with arguing that something isn't historically plausible. If the story is good people will ignore the implausible parts.
It was just such a startlingly stupid use of intellectual effort! It would be like critiquing Shanghai Noon for its Western setting being more analogous to the late 1860s rather than its stated 1880s.

The thing about woke is that most people don't care and don't have strong opinions about any of the below.

But America's politicians, journalists and tech elite are all on Twitter which must assuredly does care about woke and have fooled them into believing the average American is against this.

This is why OpenAI is selling so aggressively to education at all levels—they want to create entire generations of users incapable of reading, writing and thinking without ChatGPT to hold their hands

And teachers and professors should call this out for what it actually is
To bear out this rosy projection, HSBC assumes that OpenAI will become "as ubiquitous [...] as Microsoft 365" (345mm users worldwide) while bringing in 10x the number of users (3bn).
