Day 2 of attempting rubber hose animation with my style:

The incredibly talented artists on this app have inspired me to make time for my passion again. So I will be doing a doodle once a day focusing on 1930’s animation style in an attempt to fuse it with my art style. Here is day one:

I love the Charlie Brown Christmas special. There's an eerie loneliness that hangs over the whole thing. The music, Charlie Brown's depression, the dying little tree, the flatness of the children's voices, the inevitability of death. A Christmas masterpiece.
