What sticks out to me is how absolutely unafraid of prosecution this psychopath is. Part of it is narcissistic personality disorder, but it's mostly the perceived weakness of Democrats. Should they retake power, no one expects Democrats to hold anyone accountable.

It’s feedback loop that is difficult to reverse. As the middle class gets squeezed more tightly people want to believe they will pop out on the rich side rather than the poor side, and therefore begin to identify with the politics of wealth as a kind of manifestation of their possible future.

I’m very confused how that circled bit could be deemed a crisis. It literally shows people getting richer overall and things becoming more affordable overall. This is such a good illustration of how people start with a narrative and then jam data into it.
Real wages (after inflation) were growing at 2.0% last year. Now it’s 0.8% — “clearly playing into what the majority of American households would define as an affordability crisis.”
