The lies these people tell are so outrageous. If assaults on the subway were up 60% you literally would not be able to take a train wihtout being murdered. That is not happening.

This should keep everyone up, including anyone who hopes to govern from whatever party emerges as the not-Democrats. And we need two healthy parties.
One thing that keeps me up these days: how is the next party in power supposed to govern? The GOP has signaled it will not always be bound by laws or international agreements it disagrees with. It’s not absolute — they blew up part of reconciliation, but not all; ignore some court orders, etc. (1/7)
