According to the City of Paris, in the last 10 years 150,000 trees have been planted and 45 hectares of parks created in the city, all intended to not only improve quality-of-life today, but also help the city adapt to and manage summer heatwaves of 50℃ (122F) by 2050.

Plant a lot more urban trees.

Forcing vehicular cycling through professionally bankrupt infrastructure design is complicity in the death and injury of people walking and biking. Streets should not be death sentences for those without a car.
This child, who had a legal right to bike in the road, was properly riding on the right side. The driver that struck him claimed not to see him.
Not everyone has access to a car. Some people must ride or walk to get where they're going. They don't deserve to be killed for doing so.
