Lawyer, here. 1st Amendment codifies the right to be “free speech,” assembly and religion, without interference from govt. This violent govt act blatantly shatters these protections.
This pastor, these victims will never see anything resembling justice. Open civil rights violations are the norm now.

This is the President not only purporting to arrogate unto himself the ability to “take away free speech rights,” but also to do so for speech because it “aggravates and irritates.”

The bottom line is these people running our country are literally foreigners to the concept of democracy.
