I will never ever ever understand how the Biden administration had all this nuclear-level dirt on Trump and didn't pull the ripcord. You can try to explain it but it will never make sense.

The fact that CBS's blatant subservience was not enough to get the Administration to back Paramount's offer on WB just shows that prostrating yourself has limited utility. It's never enough.

It’s a a shame he might not live long enough to see people scrape it off the building and stomp on it.
Still laughing about the fact that dude slapped his name on a memorial building, like he absolutely cannot wait for his own death

It is truly wild to hear people in leadership talk about AI and then listen in on the thoughts of the folks who have been trying to use it on the daily. Wild.

I don't consider the Supreme Court to be legitimate. I also know that the Democratic party is not up to the challenge of disempowering the court so the illegitimate court will continue to exist for years to come. Folks will have to figure out how to move with this in mind.

The most unpopular president who shows no signs of turning it around no less!
I don’t know, I still randomly trip out over the fact that the President told states to specifically gerrymander for him. And they did.

This man loves him some violence.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), to reporters, after viewing video footage of the U.S. strikes on alleged drug boats in the Caribbean on Sept. 2:

"Righteous strikes." "Entirely lawful."

If we can only have art from people who "aren't in it for the money" that means we can only have art from privileged middle-class dilettantes. Making art being a viable career is responsible for nearly all worthwhile art, and if it's not a viable career any more we will get drastically less of it.

NYC is one of the few places I felt at home but I knew from the jump if I wanted kids I’d probably have to leave.
New Yorkers kept telling me the same thing: they’re thinking of leaving because they can’t afford to raise their kids here. Universal childcare isn’t just a promise — it’s how we make this a city for everyone.

I would put dying from preventable disease towards the top of the bad things list but also I would put her politics right below it
Reminder that Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-VA02) - definitely NOT serious on healthcare - said this: "There's a couple of areas where I would like to see federal spending cut. Number one, I'd like to eliminate Obamacare...There's nothing worse than big government." bluevirginia.us/2025/11/tues...
