When the president was calling all Somali immigrants "garbage" who "come from hell" and "contribute nothing" to America and therefore needed to go "back where they came from" did you ask him to "stop the rhetoric," Tom?
Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

Every institution — the colleges, the corps, the courts — that’s folded in the face of Trump has blood on their hands. It should never have come down to the Pizza Day lunch moms and dog walking grandads of Minnesota being the first line of actual defence.
Listening to @jameeljaffer.bsky.social right now, and once again floored by his point that not a single US university has gone to court to challenge the silencing of their students through threats of deportation

You should come clean with Canadians.
If you are cheering the quislings, stop cashing in on our beautiful flag.

This is totally unheard of for any officer-involved shooting

You could actually structure your moral code around the idea that law enforcement doesn't exist to execute people. You don't have to create perfect victim narratives, you can just refuse to accept that the state gets to kill people.

Signs about the history of slavery in the U.S. and the 9 people George Washington enslaved are being removed right now at the President’s House Site in Philadelphia, across from Independence Hall, months after the Trump administration threatend to do so.

How far we have not come in 250 years.

"They stayed a little back."

America is the only country that has ever called for help from NATO. NATO answered, thosuands of allied troops fought and hundreds died.

Every time he belittles this, global fury at this guy and the nation that elected him grows. Americans will not be forgiven.

I'm gonna start work now and I'm gonna think a lot about this.
