I make a habit of telling my students any time Harry Potter is brought up (Japan is so obsessed with HP, comes up often) about how JKR is evil and uses her HP money to attack trans people like me.

Well one girl came up to me after class and said "I researched JKR like you said. SHE'S INSANE!!!"

guys... i've been playing that Earth game for my Gameboy and, isn't this just dogfighting? they depict it as a pretty bad thing in the game. I find myself agreeing.

tbh i pledged for a physical copy while aware that actually getting it to the US may prove problematic but i'm prepared to accept that. it's just politically a really difficult time currently 😮‍💨 which is all to say, if it doesn't hit the goal don't beat yourself up too much!! 🥺

honestly i wonder if the tariff nonsense is having a negative impact on potential US backers. a Japan-based artist whose comic i backed has shipped all rewards except for US backers (certainly not her fault) and she's still trying to work out what to do about it
