New plasma glycoproteomics method out of the @hecklab.bsky.social uses narrow-window DIA on Orbitrap Astral with Aurora Ultimate XT column. 50% more glycopeptide IDs vs. traditional approaches, with 181 glycoproteins detected across 7 orders of magnitude in just 10-40 minute runs.
