I’m not likely to post a lot of photos here, but this is the lowest effort way to introduce myself
After about a year, I like bluesky a surprising amount for how little I contribute or engage. It’s bizarrely healthy to only check an app when I’m bored, instead of as mindless habit or for a little dopamine from a like or repost.

If I have to explain to you why it's a bad idea to use a machine that makes shit up 15-80% of the time AND destroys the environment AND contributes to rising fascism and genocide AND puts brilliant skillful creatives out of work by stealing their work, then we're already speaking different languages

evergreen intersection of social psychology and politics
The notion that Trump's "I'm king" tweet is "just trolling" or "a joke" presents an opportunity to recreate my just-joking thread (porting it over from the Bad Place):

I owned copies of Alex + Ada (Jonathan Luna, Sarah Vaughn) because the simple visual grammar and adult storyline (sci-fi + romance) make it an easy starting place for adults who feel like they don’t know ::how:: to read comics. Again, I never loaned this series out so it’s been deposited at my LCS
