Finally watched The Substance over the weekend and can’t get over the feeling of being so keyed up by the last 30 mins only to descend immediately into deep sadness as the credits rolled + I just stared at my reflection in the TV…….yayy cinema!

My mother rejected my offer to go see wicked aka the most Mom Movie™️ of all time bc she’s heard “mixed reviews”….fyi this is the same woman who has voluntarily watched & enjoyed films that would make the folks behind the razzies seppuku themselves
